• United Red Carpet ClubSM considers membership and/or use of any location an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• United reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time with or without written notice to our members and customers.
• United will not be liable for delays or failure in performance under your membership agreement with United Red Carpet Club caused by acts of God, war, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, acts of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control.
• United reserves the right to restrict, alter or modify the fees, amenities, services, Club hours, locations, reciprocal lounge agreements at anytime with or without written notice to our members and customers.

Membership

• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Membership is open to individuals 18 years of age and older.
• Members agree to receive e-mail notification of member offers and renewal notification.
• United reserves the right to terminate or deny membership at any time by advising the member or prospective member and returning a prorated share of the dues payment.  
• In connection with a membership purchase, a spouse/domestic partner membership may be purchased at a discounted rate. A copy of the marriage certificate or an affidavit of marriage/spouse equivalency is required to obtain a membership card for a spouse/domestic partner with a different last name.

Admittance

• A valid membership card or One-Time Visit Pass is required for admittance.  Government-issued photo identification may also be required.
• United representatives will retain membership cards that are expired or presented by anyone other than the member.
• Member guest limit for Clubs in the United States is two, or spouse and dependent children. Member guest limit in Clubs outside the United States is one, or spouse and dependent children.
• Member must accompany and remain with their family members or guests.
• A One-Time Visit Pass admits one person, with no guest privileges.
• Replacements of lost or stolen membership cards may be requested in writing or by phoning the United Red Carpet Club Service Center. There is a fee for replacing cards.
• Access to airside Clubs is restricted to same-day ticketed departing customers only.
• United reserves the right to limit club access to members traveling on same-day tickets.
• United reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone who interferes with the business-like atmosphere of United Red Carpet Club.
  

Atmosphere and attire

• Customers must dress in keeping with good taste and in consideration of the Club atmosphere and its membership.
• United reserves the right to terminate any membership or remove any member for inappropriate conduct, including, but not limited to, conduct that is disruptive, abusive or violent, or for failing to comply with membership terms and conditions.
• Solicitation in United Red Carpet Club is prohibited.
• Club members may not bring food or beverages into the Club.
• Food, beverages, and periodicals provided are for consumption and use in the Club and may not be removed.
• Smoking is allowed in selected areas of some Clubs. Cigar and pipe smoking are not permitted.
• Service animals are welcome in the Club. Pets accompanying customers onboard the aircraft must remain in their pet kennel.
• Airport luggage carts are not permitted in the Clubs.
• United will not be held responsible for articles lost or stolen in the Club.

Conference rooms

• Conference rooms are available for an hourly nominal fee.
• Members receive a discount off the normal hourly fee rate.  Non-members may rent a conference room in addition to purchasing a One-Time Visit Pass.
• A credit card is required at the time of reservation.  Failure to cancel a reservation at least twenty-four hours in advance may result in a charge to your credit card for the entire booking plus the cost of any catering.

One-Time Visit Pass

• A One-Time Visit Pass is available for a fee to individuals 18 years of age or older.
• One-Time Visit passes are not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit.
• No exchanges can be accepted.
• Void if counterfeited, bartered or sold.
• Use of a One-Time Visit Pass is for one-time access only and must be surrendered upon redemption
